On the backside of the engine, under the intake manifold. You'll need to remove the intake manifold to access it.
Others have said that they were able to remove it from underneath the vehicle. They must have tiny hands and arms made of rubber or something, I couldn't do it that way.

I am having the same problem, got underneath, took off the oil filter and couldn't locate it. I guess I am taking off the intake manifold to get at it. Grrr! If someone has pictures, that would be awesome.
