Default b18c turbo valves Compression

hi
Now I was re-building my b18c turbo. And i want to know Any of the valves should be used . Standard valves Compression or valves high Compression ,and who mach power i will gite

my setup :

RC 550cc Injectors
255 welpro fuel pump
koyo radiator
moshimoto thermostat-fan switch
Crank B20 NON VTEC
CP PISTONS
Manley rods LS
Bearing rod /main
ARP head studs
Type R oil pump
aem fuel rail
turbo M24 Garret 48 A/R
AEM ECU

I like flat valves on the exhaust side, then tend to absorb more heat in a turbo application but realistically there aren't huge differences between flat and dished
