Icon2 steering wheel size/shape question.

looking for a new steering wheel. im a fairly tall guy about 6'3 with boots on. i like to sit nice and close to the pedals and have a nice bend in my arm when my hands on the shifter. the problem is i cant do that with my stock steering wheel it feels like im humping it and i cant make sharp turns without readjusting my hads before they hit my leg or the worst is i cant have my 44oz circle k drink im my lap.

i was looking at the flat bottom steering wheels for the leg room and smaller wheels in general. i saw a 10in flap bottom suade steering wheel on summit for 100 bucks http://www.summitracing.com/parts/GRT-613-4/?rtype=10 and thought wow that would be awsome i would have all the room in the world but how much harder would that make it to turn?

whats the smallest flat bottom you would suggest for a daily driver.
