Icon6 Tokico Blues giving me the blues, what the hell?

I installed the front Tokico Blues on the front and fitment is fine on a 99 Si. However, the rear is a different story. The fork part on the rear shock is too short, and it's hitting my aftermarket LCA, preventing the bolt hole from lining up. Simply put, the bolt cannot slide thru the shock and LCA. The holes are not aligned due to the short *** bottom fork shape.

Coincidentally, these shocks (same rear part #HU3713) fit a whole range of different vehicles:

92-95 Civic, Del Sol
96-00 Civic
94-01 Integra

It's basically, a one size fits all

Anyone else run into the same problem? My previous rear Eibach shocks cleared the LCA because the fork on those were taller by about half an inch.

The problem is that most aftermarket LCA are shaped bigger. The Blues will not clear a 96-00 Civic running an aftermarket LCA.

....... an expensive $300 lesson and a few afternoons wasted.

unfortunately the aftermarket lca's bit you in the behind.
go back to stock lca's.
Other than weight savings there isnt much difference in the aftermarket lca's other than having some cheap rubber bushings that fail twice as fast as stock.
trust me unless your running hard race rubber or some sort of sphericals, stock is the better bet.

Yeah, your problem isn't with the Tokico's, it's the LCA's.
