Default AC Help!! Everything works but no cold air

I bought my civic about a month ago and have been researching on how to get this AC to blow cold air.

In this Oklahoma heat, I cannot deal with it anymore.

Its a Auto 1994 Civic DX with 184k on it. I know the compressor comes on, the air does come through the vents but its not cold. The compressor clutch also engages. I have put the guage up to the pressure line and it sits at around 38-40. I am not sure what the high pressure line is supposed to be at. The line is not cold but only "room temperature" and the other line is hot.

Can someone please help on what I am suppose to test next?

Again, sorry for the Noob question, but I really cant figure this out.

Depends on the shop quality and if you get freon or that other stuff(r12-a4 or something like that.)

I'd say it could be around $125-250

I have 2011 TSX with 95k miles. My A/C was working very well in hot temperature. Suddenly, over the last few days, the A/C is only blowing warm air. I tried using AC Pro to fill the refrigerant, but with the car on and A/C turned up to max settings, the gauge on the AC Pro bottle says the refrigerant is full (in the red zone).

Anyone know what is going on? Any fuse/relay box that I need to check? Is the compressor going out?

Thank you for the feedback and assistance, it is greatly appreciated!
