i have a 95 civic lx ac compressor and cond fan will not come on unless i add a ground wire to ac thermostat yellow/white wire or if i keep pressure on control panel. i know on da integras you can open up the panel and resolder connections for the led lights and controls. can the same be done on this or should i get a new panel?

 

.The same can be done. Remove the the lower-middle dash cover, remove the stereo, unscrew the three screws holding the climate control panel in place and disconnect the air mix cable. Then once you have thing removed, simply disassemble until you're down to the bare circuit board. Then resolder at your leisure. I did the exact same thing to mine only two weeks ago due to a couple of the lights not working (after ruling out blown bulbs). Works like new now.
