I dont think there is a tire shop that specializes in that sort of thing, plus you never said where you are looking for a tire shop. You're just going to have to explain that you actually WANT a tire thats too small put on a wheel thats too wide... try saying 'because racecar' a lot
Oops lol I was going to put where but I forgot. Anyways, Ontario California is the place!
I know there is no shop that "specializes" in it. I just want to go to a place where I can get in and get out, not where they are going to sit there and lecture me all day just to say they cant or wont do it.
I need a 225/45 on 17x9

ok, any shop can stretch tires on rims. the question is not who stretches them, but rather are they a reputable shop, do they have a reverse mount tire machine (assuming you have low offset wheels as the question is more super stance based and reverse mount machines arent as damaging to tires/wheels and allow you to work the wheel safely), and do you trust them with your wheels. im not an expert but i have stretched tires as small as 245/40r18 on 18x12 -4 for my last car and they werent fun to do and we had to cut the cord on one tire to remove the old one, but they can be done. so ultimatley, who do you trust? p.s. if you go for super stretch, carry an accurate air gauge and check psi daily... have fun!
