Have you try a new relay just for the hell of it if you have continuity to all wires?

BTW, you need to use commas, Lol. I had to slowly read what you've typed.

Did you check to make sure that it is grounded properly, I think it is G101 which is mounted onto your throttle body, I had the same issue, changed out my fuel pump, relays and fuses, turned out to be a ground not making contact.
Sometimes you have to take off the grounding wires, scrap off any crude that built up and reinstall-dont think that just because it is bolted on that it is grounded.....
Hope this helps

G101, the main engine/ECU wire harness ground should be connected to the drivers side end of the upper plenum on the intake manifold. It should be under the bottom right bolt on the vacuum tree. If this is loose, dirty or corroded it will cause a no start/fuel pump issue.

Ok goast tried the ground still doing same thing, its like when the car gets hot on the inside it has a delay when tbe key is on, then i wait awhile and the pump turns on, but when it does turnon the light on the dash for the drive light selector turns on with the pump, and its in park, changed out, relay, pump, and nuetral saftey switch im thinking about putting a ground strap on and see what happens, the one ground that g101 is grounded, both of the wires, via test light, dont have to many more threads i can post if you can txt me my number is 931 581 9903 thanks would appreciate any help you can give me since this is a customers car thanks again.
