Fuel Gauge Wont Work Plz Help Me

Ok so my fuel gauge wont work. Ive had this problem for a while but now i finally have time to do work again on my Rex. Ive looked at the connections and ground wire and they look good the fuel pump is fairly new.What could it be?

With the key in ON(II), ground the Yel/Wht wire in the fuel sending unit connector. Does the fuel gauge needle rise?
