94 Civic Lx, can't get out of park
94 Civic Lx, can't get out of park
Short story:
I picked up a Lx. The b7 wasn't taken car of, so I swapped out the long block with a z6. Got the car to start, but it won't shift out of park.
I've checked the ignition switch and brake switch, both good.
Made sure the shifter cable was in the right position.
You can start the car in neutral and shift it to drive.
Any ideas?
