Alright, here is the setup I hope to have soon on my 93 vtec.

-Apexi N1 exhaust
-AEM short ram intake
-greddy 4-2-1 header
-test pipe
-crower stage 2 cams, and valve springs/retainers
-hondata

Now, once I get it tuned right, what kind of times should i expect, and what might I dyno at? Thanks!

Jeff, around 200 whp. Probably no more without headwork, raised compression or an aftermarket intake manifold.

 

Why not get a CAI?

 

and while you are upgading the valvetrain, throw in type s pistons.

BTW, that is the exact setup that I want, except for the header and test pipe - I plan on moding my collector to 2 1/4" and gatting a cat of equal diameter.

The SMSP header should by all means be ready by this winter... I see that as the only way to hit 200whp...

 

Yeah, I have considered type s pistons, but might just get a spoon head gasket or something. I dunno. How would the SMSP header, be in comparison to the greddy?

Doubtful on the 200whp more like 190, although the Hondata has potential

 

Corey's car has ~185whp with only AEM, smsp heared + straighthrough exhaust and CM flywheel. So I don't thinkanother 15whp is such a big leap with valvetrain and headwork.

 

My last Prelude also made 183.5whp with only AEM, Greddy header, Apexi exhaust, and a slightly leaned V-AFC....didnt really do jack. Oh and I also had a CM clutch and shaved stock flywheel. I can guarantee if I had Crower cams, test pipe, and Hondata with wideband o2 tuning I would have flirted with 200 whp, no problem.
