Default Crower Titanium retainers on a JDM H22 HELP!

to anyone who's installed crower titanium retainers-
(crower ti retainers are +.060 height when installed )

i recently installed crower valvesprings, ferrea valves and titanium retainers on my jdm h22a engine (engine is not installed in the car yet) but after i installed the retainers and tried to do a valve adjustment, there is no clearance whatsoever between the rocker arms and the cams.. even when turning the adjusting bolt on the rocker arms to either extreme there is no clearance whatsoever,

it looks like the underside of the rocker arm is hitting the top edge of the retainers
and also this happens only on the exhaust side the intake side is fine... anyone had similar problems with this part or anyone who can offer advise pls help!!

Did you change the exhaust valves? A different retainer should not change the height of the valve stem. Also, they have two types of retainers. One kind to use with stock springs, and one to use with their spring kit. Did you get the wrong one maybe?

Also, check for coil bind. You can pressurize the VTEC line with a compressor to activate the VTEC rockers.
