Default Bisimoto v2 h22 header replica

do u think one could find the bend degrees/blueprint for the v2 h22 header from bisimoto to have a shop replicate it? and also how much do u think replicating it would cost at a local shop.

or would it better to spend the 900 dollars to buy his?

i need to replace my stock header because its smashed AF

and i know people dont like to give out estimate prices but im just curious like rough ballpark range to replicate the header.

I would not waste the money on that copy. I would use smsp or hytech rep if you really are going buy a replica.

so you dont think that if i had the tri-y design replicated at a welding shop it wouldn't be hp gain/cost effective? cus youd think that a welding shop would do it for cheaper

Its easier just to buy a replica already and maybe have the shop weld everything closed.

You will spend more than just buying a Bisi. Just buy Bisi.

With the cost of quality material, design and fabrication of trying to replicate an H22 Bisimoto header, you will end up spending well over the amount you would see retail on Bisimoto.com.

Not to mention, much effort and design has gone into the runner lengths/diameters and collector size/angles which vary from one Bisimoto header to the next to suit specific engine setups and type of racing you will be experiencing to achieve an optimal powerband.

Here are a few videos I browsed on YouTube of satisfied Bisimoto clients:

yea, having a copy made just for you will run more than buying a pre-existing copy or even the real thing.

I had a guy approach me about making long tube headers for his vh45 s13 cheaper than mazworx.... i lol'd at him and told him he was crazy. all of the work... the material, the fitting, the re-fitting, the welding gas, tungsten, all the supplies to make the headers plus my time to actually make them and weld them up... won't happen for what you could buy them ready made from mazworx for.

either buy a copy or buy the real thing... i vote real thing

As you all know I am an H22/H23/F nut...

I recommend 2 Co's...

Best Bang for Bang is Logic Motor Sports Tri flows good, proven to make power on mild builds, good size runners, 2.5" collector... and the price...

Other is Vibrant, good quality and a good overall 4-2-1 Header... which makes power as well...

Ground clearance isn't bad with these 2 but I have seen a lot that hug way too low to the ground...

I have made my own (ESP) I have made good power on stock h22's and bolt on H23v's... 2" runners down low and 2.5" inch collector... I also hug the pan like a **** for those lowered lovers... 1/4" However discontinued hard to compete with all the over sea stuff...

The new headers are pretty sick. saw them when they were just finishing them up. Turbo manis are really nice too. I saw the H22 headers and the H2B headers, the ones for B series make great power. we saw a 20whp increase over the old JG b series race header.

Jason has been putting it down on the headers and manifolds lately!!
