They are, but yours in not anywhere near 15k.
KKB.com and Edmunds.com both price your car at 10-11k in excellent condition. I just helped a client find a similar CRV EX to replace one she had recently totaled, and for your asking price I figured something is a whole lot less miles. Does not hurt to do some research and appraise your car. I just could not see anything to offset the extra 5k your asking for.
In any case good luck with your sale, I am in no way bashing your thread, I am sure any consumer would price a car before making a purchase.
