Can anyone recommend anything that will would allow me to use my window again? It looked like this clear silicone type material on the old stuff but I could only find double sided outdoor tape strips and it rained the next day after I tried that and the window popped out again. What does honda use to install new door glass to the u clips?

Forgive me let me try this. the actual door glass came out due to sap along the outer trim. It is attached to the manual windows via 2 plastic clips theyre shape like a U. The 2 plastic clips are mounted to the track that goes up and down. The glass appeared to be glued in to the U clips but it was always hard to roll down. Better?

 

I think you'll need to replace the glass.

Also replace the window regulator and possibly the rubber track that guides the top and side edges of the glass.
