so my si was running fine but now its idling high like 3k.it goes up and down and my ac blows hot now.2 days ago i found a leak by one of the coolant lines that run form block to throttle.i fixed it and it ran fine.but yesterday it started idling high up and down and the ac blew hot.any other suggestions i should check on?
try removing and cleaning your iacv if your idle is fluctuating.
If idle is staying steadily at 3k,try messing with the idle set screw.
if that doesnt help,update.

Check your fast idle thermal valve, its located under the throttle body on the intake manifold. It has two small coolant hoses running to it and three 10mm bolts that hold it on. There is an adjustable set screw in there that more than likely has backed it self out over time.
High idle - also try cleaning the throttle body and make sure the cable is not adjusted too tightly.
A/C - tell us whether the compressor clutch engages and the condenser fan runs when you turn the A/C on.
