More info on the engine spec would help (along with more info in general ). Taking a guess, it sounds like your ignition is breaking up.

Do you only have the problem when VTEC kicks in?

Damn, talk about lazy.... If you really can't be bothered then don't expect your problem to be fixed to quick.

How about power output/boost level ?

You're lazy, after all, it's not exactly hard to sit behind a keyboard and explain the situation clearly. If you can't be bothered with people then people won't bother with you. It's really that simple....

Ok then, so what are you pushing now ? 300 or 408 ? is this WHP or flywheel HP ?

Internal coil module (ICM) or ignitor may be dying. Get replacements or aftermarket ignition. Also check VTEC solenoid itself for any leaks or damage, including the simple task of making sure you're not low on oil, which can effective it. Change to new plugs while you do it. Problem solved.

we need detailed setup info.. pisntons/rods turbo size, manifold, ignition setup, what you are tuned with, fuel setup, etc.
not just built motor with a turbo on it... that doesnt't tell us ****.

it could anything from bad tune, bad ignitor, bad plugs, fuel pump, bad injector, etc, etc.. the possibilities are endless if you don't supply us with detailed info

I just tried brand new plugs and gapped them to 24. It ran good till it got hot then started acting up. It's a b18c1 block b16 head eagle rods cp 9:1 pistons darton sleeves map 6262 precision turbo map ram horn manifold hondata s200 walboro 255 pump and 850cc injectors. Is that enough cause I can't think of much more

What kind of distributor? I have run into several different occasions that a new aftermarket unit failed immediately. The icm was crap, causing an issue when it got hot/large load and rpm.

i would start to look into that if possible. Ofcourse check what others have suggested i.e soleniod itself, fuel pressure, fuel quality ect. i have just personally ran into that with aftermarket distributors since you said yours was new. Who bought the distributor, see if you could get it swaped out for another since its new.

its only good for 600whp for a period of time. stock ignitions wear out quick at higher power levels. With 1000 miles on it there isnt a good chance the distributor is bad unless its one of those ebay junks then it could very well have a bad ICM.

That being said what heat range plugs are you running? also gap them down to 22-20 for stock ignition at 400whp. If you had aftermarket ignition at 400whp you could run gaps from 26 to 32
