Where can I get an exhaust with a 3 1/2" tip?

Where can I get an exhaust with a 3 1/2" tip?
Ok, Ive been without Internet for the past 8 months and I'm just getting back into H-T. How I've missed you!
Anyway, I'm shopping for an exhaust. I want a full cat back system, full stainless and I want it to be really quiet around town. The research I've done thus far has lead me to the Apexi WS and the DC Sports TCS. I'm not sure if the GReddy EVO is just as quiet. Another thing I really want is a smaller diameter tip, like 3.5" Am I SOL or can you specify?
Also, I would really really like an RS*R exhaust, but there is nothing for 99-00 Si's. Or is there? Any insight would be great!!!!!!!
