RSR ExMag catback exhaust vs apexi world sport
right now im planning on geting an exhaust system for my car and i have decided on these two systems. im woundering if anyone in here has tryed these exhaust systems or have them installed on their car at the moment. what im looking for is a after market exhaust that isnt loud but gives u some decent performance. ive been searching and found these two exhaust to be the best choice for what i want. which exhaust would u guys pick and why? are there any negatives to these two exhaust systems? do u have any other recommandations for me? the reason why im thinking about these two exhaust system is i dont wanna get pulled over and fined for having a loud exhaust system in my car. has anyone been pulled over with the rsr or apexi ws on thier car before?

Re: RSR ExMag catback exhaust vs apexi world sport (on-the-line)
Iv heard a rsr exmag on a h22 prelude and its quiet as hell, most quiet exhaust iv ever heard. I used to have a greddy sp2, and it was also quiet, louder then a rsr exmag, and louder then a vibrant. Greddy sp2 gets more raspy high end then the vibrant. Right now im running a Comptech exhaust and its probably the best sounding exhaust ever. Its quiet as hell, screams when i hit vtec, and stays nice and clean from idle all the way to 8k rpm +
i went through:
Apexi N1 - loud, raspy up top
Greddy Sp2 - quiet, clean, little raspy
Vibrant - quiet, clean
HKS Hi Power - loud, clean all rpms
Comptech - quiet, clean at all rpms
i went through:
Apexi N1 - loud, raspy up top
Greddy Sp2 - quiet, clean, little raspy
Vibrant - quiet, clean
HKS Hi Power - loud, clean all rpms
Comptech - quiet, clean at all rpms

Apexi World Sport here. Wouldn't buy anything else.
Nice, quiet, pretty inexpensive for the quality you get.

I have the apex WS-2 exhaust on my GSR hatch right now and I like it. Its real quiet and its good perfomance wise, but the car is going to be sold pretty soon and for my next car I was also thinking of getting the rsr ex mag, there is a lot of good feedback on it from what I've seen and if can't get it I would get a ws-2 again.

I've got the RSR exmag on my '99 DC4, sounds really clean! I use to have the Skunk2 megapower and that **** was too loud for my liking. The RSR comes with 60mm (2.36") piping

exmag is pretty quiet, exmag2 is the opposite (idle is not to loud, but id say throttle half open is where it starts getting loud).. but i have been a fan of rsr for along time so thats where my vote goes.
