is the polyurethane torn? one time my friend put a good fist size dent in his rear bumper, so he brought it to an acquaintances shop. All then did was heat gun it a lil bit and nudge the dent from the other side and pushed it out. Looks like nothing happened at all, except for the tiny scratches from the colision.

daym.. i forgot the name of what i bought at Kragen, but it worked really well. its made for bumpers and plastics. its flexible and holds pretty good. its not pre-mixed.. you gotta mix it. its better that way so the catalyst helps it dry and hold up.

if it's poluurethane then you would have to use a heat gun and melt it and then pop it out..thats is the only way cause the bondo will crack right off easily..

go to your local "PEP BOYS" or a shop like that. there is a particular brand, but i dont know what its called. it is somewhat like a putty filler, but it has some silicone and plastic type of substance...i think its about 20 bux for a tube, and you'll need a heatgun and something to flatten out the portion of where you put the putty...then heatgun with some waxpaper on top, then primerseal that bad boy, then its ready for paint.i hope this helps you.
