Where is the place to discuss about Honda city 1.5 models?
I own one and I haven`t yet found a dedicated place to discuss about it.

Its like a Civic but smaller, older and a lot smaller. They made a few different ones I think. here is the City II turbo

Newer City is not available outside the south east asia, that is why.

 

I would say you're welcome, but I had actually made a mistake. All I saw prior to moving your thread was "Honda City" and I automatically thought you meant the ones which were manufactured from 81-86 (AA/FV/FA). Only now do I see the "1.5" and "Type Z" references. My bad!

I'm not even sure where to move this to now. Besides the Honda / Acura forum in Appearance and Cosmetics.

 

You were right in the first place because I had not mentioned the words 'Type Z' to refer my car type.

How about a new section here for the Type Z model Honda city

Most of the type Z cars are getting old and they need tweaking and when someone searches for Honda car forums, this is the forum that appears first in the Google search.
I have searched for months for a dedicated forum for type z but never found one. Usually I am going around tweaking my car by watching Youtube videos of other cars.
Currently I am facing a problem after changing the control arm ball joint. The car becomes volatile after 70- 80 Kmph. Its hard to keep it straight and it goes left and right. I am assuming the torsion bar is messing it up. The ball joint is ok and I have done wheel alignment.

How easy is it to source body panels for Type Z in Malaysia?

I am looking forward to a total overhaul of my car, with some new body panels, new paint, rims, total interior change etc.

 

OEM parts are still available brand new from the dealer. Aftermarket parts on the other hand..

Do you need anything? I might be able to help.

I am willing to buy couple of parts
1] Right front fender,
2] Bonnet

3] Lower control arm - front left
4] Plastic snap fasteners that hold bumper etc in place

and some more when I overhaul the car.
