I have a 99 civic, the other day it was running great but the battery was a little weak so i put it on a 12v 6a charge over night then the next day i went out to start it and it wouldn't crank the cluster light come on bright except the top left 3 they are dim and when i turn the key to start it and they would go out the car is a 5speed so i made sure it wasn't the clutch senor i need help i also tried switching the ecu and still nothing. I'm thinking a ground or a Fuse PLEASE HELP!!!!
