SO CAL TUNING
I think some places really depends on how well you know the person, if you don't know them well and all they care about is money, then they will just do a shitty job. There are lots of those places that does that, but the good from that is that if you know them well you get a "hook up" and get a cheaper price and they'll do the best they can

THis is one of the most idiotic things ever, business should not be like this! If this is the case, than one should never go to such person/shop. Every customer should get the same tune, price is a different story. Some give an incentive to those that come back by lowering price for their 2nd-3rd tune.

Don't take this the wrong way, but this is not the best way to ask this question. Its more of which tuner suits you the best for your application/needs. Two good tuners will result with the same outcome. Now ask yourself what are you looking for in a tune and call the shop that tune and ask a few questions and then make your own decision.

BTW: where are you located? For so cal i will give you my opinion.
La area-
You have the choice, all these shop will make you happy with the tune. These are my top 3 that i would take my car to. Not in order of which is best, all know what they are doing and are preference.
1. Bisimoto
2.Whitfield racing (kevin) - Great with Kseries btw
3. Church- ask for shawn to tune your car. (customer service is not the greatest in my opinion/personal experience, but great work)
I'm located in San Diego/Vista area , if your in near this area than i can take care of you as well. The choice is yours to make, Kseries have a lot of cam angles so make sure you choose someone that knows what they are doing. Happy tuning, hit me up if you have any questions.
