Default Brake pedal goes to the floor

Hello, i have a 96 civic ex and i notice recently that my brakes have gotten soft and slowly going to the floor so i thought i just needed to bleed the system so i bleed them and they were good and after 2 days of driving it the pedal got soft again so i assumed one of the bleeder screws that was giving me problem went bad so i replaced it and bleed the system once again today and the brakes are STILL slowly going to floor and p.s. I'm not getting any leaks so what could be the problem. Could my MC have gone bad? Thanks!

lol i'm lost, I read somewhere about just using my fingers to cover the holes and pump it and also connecting it to the car and loosen each line one by one and pump the brakes til' you see fluid coming out. correct me if i'm wrong.
