i have a 95 ex coupe, swapped with b16a2 00 si. the car has ran b4, but now im having a no crank/start problem.. not sure what it is, it wont crank but if i put jumper on it it will start? im thinking possibly a bad cell in battery? cause it shows 15v when running and around 12-13 not running. but thinking maybe the volts are dropping when i crank? there are lights on dash come on? any thoughts thanks

Clean the battery connections and make sure they're on tight.

 

Replace the clips too. Make sure they are tight.

Read your other thread. Could be a main relay. I have a spare. PM me I can take a look at it, probably wouldn't be until next week though.
