Hi I just bought a 6 disk changer from the wreckers from a 2001 Honda Accord. The radio and tape player work, but how do you load CDs? The Load button and eject button do nothing. Should they do something or do I force the CD in?

 

You just slide it in, then at some point the player will pull it in the rest of the way.

You hit the load button to load in any additional Cd's after the first one.

 

I tried pushing it in, pressing Load did nothing and pressing eject did nothing. I assume the changer is pooched?

 

I ended up taking the CD changer to an electronics repair place, and it was the mechanism that broken and only available for $500+. The good news is that he got my old changer working again! YAY! This one will be sold with the old car.
