Default 2004 CRV Build - taming the torque?

Brand new to this forum. The boys and I decided to fix up mom's CR-V (stock K24A1 5 speed). Added cold air, '06 Si RBC Manifold, OBX headers, Hondata KPro standalone ECU with software and tuned by Speed Factory in Tacoma WA. Very nice, smooth power 168WHP/166WT. Anyone have any ideas on what I can use as stiffer motor mounts? All that torque means lots of engine movement. Need to hold it down and put that torque to the street. Ideas?

My wife doesn't think it was a good idea... Yet. Sounds like you agree. We couldn't help ourselves. Our local speed guys said it couldn't be done. Proved them wrong. When I can I will post pictures and the dyno output.

I'm thinking I may have to fabricate torque mounts. I'd rather not if there is another option. Don't want it too stiff cause it is a daily driver.

the mounts aren't the same or similar enough to rsx or ep/fd civic??

on 1st gens a LOT of stuff crosses over or is easily modified from the 96-00 civic and 94-01 integra.

You could always fill the stock mounts

That's what I've always done in the past. Works like a charm and not has harsh as aftermarket mounts. I'm gonna do this to my V once I finish with the new motor and turbo setup.
