What are your driving habits? How is your air filter? What is your daily commute like? Is your MIL on?

i drive normal havent kicked in vtec. shifts at 3000 rpm. work is 50 miles away thats 100 miles round trip, about 85miles highway and 15 miles city. my comute of 100 miles aday is costing 1/4 tank of fuel. air filter is still good tune up is up to date tires inflated properly according to factory spec's. no crap in my car. no mods completely stock. dont know what else to tell.

Hard to say just how you really drive this.
Found this article might shed some light on the gas mileage.

10-18mpg sounds a little bit too much for a Si. Does it have any other driveability problems? On 06 Honda, anytime there is a leak injector or a bad fuel and emission system sensor, ECM will set a P code and illuminate the MIL.

Ok im not trying to be a dick or anything but i believe that your math is horribly wrong. like super horribly wrong. u state that youre getting 10-18mpg but yet are getting 100 miles per 1/4 tank. im averaging 29.7 mpg and i only get about 360ish miles per tank. so with your math youre getting 400 per tank which is roughly 31ish mpg. idk how youre calculating your mpg, but you should fill from empty, reset trip, drive till empty, fill up, divide miles on trip by gallons on the pump meter.

If you're getting 100 miles on a 1/4 tank of gas, that means you're getting 400 miles on a full tank. That's pretty damn good, considering that the tank only holds around 13 gallons (so you're probably putting in around 10-11 gallons when filling up). 400 miles / 10 gallons = 40 MPG.

Another thing; I wouldn't try to make MPG calculations based on how much the fuel gauge changed; I'd wait until the tank is empty and gas up again, before making any calculations. Fuel gauges on Hondas are known for changing slower when the tank is closer to full, and changing faster when closer to empty.

If your car was really getting that bad of fuel economy the engine light would be on. I think it's just a case of not calculating the fuel mileage correctly.
