No.
As raene already blatantly stated...no a 90-91 crx is not obd1...obd1 started in 1992.

With some mods you can put an OBD-1 engine into a CRX.

use an adapter harness that plugs into the ecu and into your existing harness...that's the easiest way....you only have to run like 6-8 wires into the engine bay.

the easiest way is to just add wires for the OBD1 conversion in both engine bay and ECU plugs. From our experience. people bring in no name OBD1 conversion plugs, SKUNK2, conversion plugs, and supposedly other "name brand" conversion plugs and they all still throw a bunch of codes that have to be fixed by rewiring some wires.
So in the end. the labor to install the plug and have to fix the problems equal to what we would charge for just us rewiring it ourselves and takes less time.

you have to use a 92 up distributor if you want to run OBD1..... here's directions on how to rewire... http://www.geocities.com/kurtsi_on/page8.html

For my harness, the car must be Si or Hf or converted to MPFI. Then you will plug in my harness, extend the labeled wires from my harness to the engine bay and wire to appropriate sensors, match distributor plugs..( both harness and distributor plug from the EF or from the OBD 1car) and repin the distributor color matching the wires.

I have built and sold over 200 harnesses.....warrantied against..."they all still throw a bunch of codes" and any other problems. Many people on this board and forum run my harnesses. Price is 170 shipped in the states. All OBd1 pieces are brand new OEM parts. Let me know.

I would be one of those 200. Car has run for a year without problems. Now i need to replace a sticking thermostat and i will be back in business. Jason is a good guy, his harness are top notch.

You will need the OBd1 ecu, OBD1 distributor, and a 4 wire O2 sensor. OBD1 injectors are optional.

The O2 can be yanked from a 92-95 civic(except vx). Almost any 4 wire O2 sensor. And if you choose to run the OBD1 injectors....you will need any OBD1 injectors.

For simplicity and since you don't have any obd1 injectors, I would just use your stock injectors.
