So a couple of months ago, I turned on my rear wiper (which does little to nothing) to clear off a bit of rain, It seemed like it strained to move, moving a lot slower than usual, then stopped...

It hasn't moved since...

I'm thinking that the motor blew, but hoping that it hasnt as I've seen that they are a little pricey.... anyone know how to go about diagnosing it? I have a multimeter but I have no idea where to begin... what do?

 

Check if it's getting 12v at the wiper plug with it on, if it is the motor is dead. If it isn't start at the fuse then check the relay and then the switch.
