just bought a 04 rsx type s and the shifter is really lose but when i move the shift cable in the motor i can put it back into first and it gets stuck help me out please

so the shifter/shiftknob is super sloppy. Time for new bushings or to upgrade to a different shifter.

Also it's getting stuck how? Do you have a CAI? Is it possibly hitting the piping?

When I move the shift linkage from the motor it goes into gear and the shifter is super lose like there is no gear box
