P28 chipped and socketed. Car won't start! Help

Default P28 chipped and socketed. Car won't start! Help

99 civic z6 motor 2 wire iacv. Jumper with a chipped and socketed p28 won't start. If I switch to a p2e ecu that I have it starts but course with bad idle. What can I test on the p28 to see what's wrong? Multimeter what???

You can open the ECU and see how the inside looks. Maybe even post some pictures.

will do but do you know what chip or resistor etc controls the ignition so i can check there?

hmmmmmmm that jumper on rp18 looks kind of sketch, your ecu used to be auto and was converted, not sure if that makes much of a difference though

I don't. Maybe you can find something online. I don't know that much about ECUs.

Maybe someone with ECU knowledge will chip in! (no pun intended)
