Default Need some info For a mild single cam build

Whats up all I'm planning out a mild turbo build for my d15b2 as of right now I'm just in the planing stage in order to no waste money, I'm shooting for a hp number around about 160-180 max i just want some pep out of my ED WITHOUT a swap so far what i have right now is as listed

-D15b2 due for a rebuild:

-a Saab t25 Turbo
-A choice between an A6 Cam or Y7 head
-Multi-point swap stuff
-a few out there odds and ends

Things Ill pick up for certain when i get started

an SI Trans or a ZC trans

Ok my questions are so far as:

Whats a good rebuild kit as far as brand or a good pieced together one?

When the rebuild starts what should i Replace with better things (I.E. the rods pistons ect)?

Should i look for a different turbo or is the T25 a good choice as far as my goals?

Should i use the Y7 Head, the A6 Cam, or get a Delta Regrind?

Is milling the head a good .040 idea or not?

I have a b7 Mani and a Y8 Mani Is the y8 Mani worth it?

I have a y5 bottom end that spun bearings, should i go through the trouble as setting this up as my back up, with a y7 crank and either the y7 head or the PM3 head?

Whats a good Turbo Manifold?

this are the question i can think up as of now let me know, im not trying to burn through money again like i did with my ls swap smh

build the y5 dont bother with the b2

i would do eagle rods with acl race bearings and arp rod bolts and mains, use the y7 head with the y8 manifold, dont mill the head your trying to go turbo so no need to bump up the compression, if you could get some vitaras go for it if not the y5 pistons should be fine at low boost, just buy a godspeed t3/t4 turbo its complete it comes with a good manifol and everything you will need also keep your dx trans for boost unless you want to be at 4k all day with boost already going(mind you will wear down your turbo faster) oh i forgot arp head studs AND A TUNE

imo build a na mini me
ive built a mini me with a b2 bottom end and port matched z6 top end i noticed a big gain with the head swap and vtec not hooked up
but as far as a rebuild i would get the crank and rods machined get 20 over pistons if your gona run boost get forged pistons arp bolts for everything

i would just do the y5 but the crank/rods are toast so i would have to grab a crank it ll more than likely be a y7 crank, the b2 is just get what its worth for the moment, i know the rods are *** on d15's and no one makes rods for them, i don't want outrageous power right away id rather work my way up and just have a mild setup on the b2 and when i get bored with it or Blow it up i got the y5 just ready to go as far as mini me i don't want to go that route i just don't want v-tec
