hey guys i have a small issue with my hatch. i have a JDM B16 in it and its making this loud knocking sound by the dizzy. i thought i spun a bearing or something but im not 100% sure. the sound goes away wheni press on the clutch and i dont hear it when i drive off. motor still pulls hard with no issuse.

my second guess would be the throw out bearing.. any input would be great before i do anything to it. thanks in advance
