Default 94 civic ex hanging exhaust

So not knowing how long this was like this, a friend told me the back of my exhaust was hanging down. went out and looked and sure enough its down at the end. the tip and muffler are just hanging. Havn't got under my car to look sense its raining at the moment. But from what i can tell the 2 welds that hold the muffler to the frame are broken off. So i need that welded back on but is there any other way for now untill i get that welded to keep the muffler in place. I don't really want to drive it just incase somthing snaps and seeing how i have but allot of money into this car to make it look nice i really dont want to drive around with a hanging muffler. lol. Thanks in the long run

Just looked. one of the hooks to hold the muffler on is snapped off and gone the other is holding it up off the ground. also why moving the muffler the pipe that goes into the muffler doesnt seem to be welded to the muffler as i can move the muffler around the pipe. Maybe just buy a new exhaust? i already have a header and downpipe. or would it be easyer to just fixx what i have now?
