Default How to depin the 2 pin distributor plug?

Hey all, Im having a heck of a time getting the 2 pin distributor plug depinned (Black/Yellow and Blue tach wire in it). Is it depinned just like the other sensors/plugs? I depinned the other 8 pin distributor plug with no problems... but this is being a total pain!

I removed the plastic lock at the bottom of the plug where the wires come out, but then inserting my tool behind clip on the connector never releases the pin from the plug. What's the secret handshake?

Just depinned the male version of this plug which is on the drivers side by the master cylinder with no problems.

Go figure it's the female plug being a pain LOL

the female one is very tricky. you need a very fine point precision screw driver. remove the white retainer clip. the tab has a very fine (small) lip where the screw driver will lift it up and release the pin. lift very slowly and at the same time tug at the wire. ive done this many times, and it is the trickiest.
