Default Getting a singe clunk while turning

So while I turn and sometimes when I shift I get a single click and I can sort of feel it in the steering wheel. Recently when I changed my oil I took a look at the stabilizer bar and saw that one side had like half of a bushing and the other side had like no bushing at all.

Which parts are needed?
I am assuming its 14 but just making sure.

It appears I have no rubber under the washer. (not my car, just for demonstration purposes)

Looks good. Actually the guy who repaired them I think caused this. Car has never been the same since then. This was all done by the previous owner.
