testing omnipower tps with issues

Posting here because a lot of you guys have vast experience.
Anyway,
I got my car back up and running and went to the dyno this past friday. Engine did great part throttle but full throttle just wouldnt work. Sounded like the spark getting blown out ( you guys know this sound). Log shows ignition timing and fueling good and i see nothing wrong with the tps in the log but i tested it with a voltmeter and here are the results.
Anyone else who have had issues with this?

I started a thread on k20a that is called "lets talk TPS". There is a wealth of data on there and you should be able to find more info there. I would get rid of the omni tps and try finding an oem one or use the ktuned one.
