How do you remove the resonator box from a 1992 Honda Civic?

Default How do you remove the resonator box from a 1992 Honda Civic?
I've taken all the bolts out and it wiggles freely but it just wont come out. Is there another bolt Im forgetting?

IIRC I had to pull the bumper to get it out
