Swap Type R Running to Rich Failing Smog
1996 EK with B18c5.
Running P73 USDM ITR ECU.
Running excessively rich keeps failing smog. I have a new cat but that is not the problem. Got a new secondary o2 sensor and primary o2 sensor is about 1 year old. Any ideas what can be causing it?
I can post the pic of the chart..
Think it was the 1st O2 senor was killed. Will report back.

Mine did the same I swapped out the p73 wich was faulty for a p06 with a p73 map on it and seems better if that makes any sense.
