OK, Hid's pissing me off a lot...anyone have experience with angling these bad boys?
mine are pointed straight down and not out at all. I have the OEM TL Kit with D2s bulbs mounted underneath that black plastic ring with the 3 screws... I CANNOT get these lights to angle up and out, all i see is a U on teh floor really close to the car and nothing out front...what's up??
anyone had this problem, know how to fix it?? please respond, can't see jack

i know someone has hid's in integras and has had some sort of angling to do with the projectors
Don't really understand the "black plastic ring with the 3 screws" part, but have you tried adjusting it with the screws located right next to the head light assembly? One is for vertical and other is for horizontal.

There are 2 spots for a phillips screwdriver to slot into on each headlight. One is for vertical adjustment while the other is for horizontal. This should fix your problem of the beam being too low. If you have your Integra owners manual it'll explain adjusting your headlights in there. There's even pictures to guide you.

yeah that's what i did with the d2r bulbs and i had to adjust them waaaay up, so that the high beams were in the trees and stuff. i thought the d2s bulbs would be just like stock, the bubble in the middle.
are your bulbs 9006 HID bulbs? or did you just take them straight from the TL and try to put them in?
if you just have some stock bulbs from the TL that arent fitted for 9006, of course you're going to have beam pattern problems.. the filament from the halogen and the xenon gas capsul in the HID bulb need to be in exactly the same point when installed.. so if you dont have retrofitted bulbs, you will have to get some.. if they are retrofitted for 9006, the company did a terrible job at beam pattern correction, and you should return the bulbs and buy bulbs from another company.
on the left, we have an unmodified D2S bulb, its too short, the bubble inside needs to be at the same point as that spring (filament) inside the halogen bulb.. notice the bulb on the right matches perfectly..the mounting collars and the light sources match exactly..

ohhh, i figured it was a problem with the distance to the projector lens...
where can i get the 9006 hid bulbs?

You can try making a focus ring. The ring is made of plastic and goes around the base of the bulb so that the arc is in the right place. You can figure out how thick you need to make the ring by comparing the postion of the filament in the halogen bulb to the glass capsule in the HID bulb
Go here then:

Its the best I can do to help... they won't last as long as regular 4500K and look too blue/purple, however.

I recently replaced my xenon bulbs with the 9000k HID kit.
They angled down even with the bubble in the center of the liquid light level.
The two things i did were to turn the light bulbs slightly in the fixture until i had the light appeared as clear and bright as possible and adjusted the angle to point higher than normal.
Hope this helps.

why be angry? you should know it isn't plug and play unless you buy the retrofitted HID kids.
