Ok I have the k20a engine and a (02)crv awd 6speed k series tranny but I don't know what kind of differential To use the 91 civic wagon or 02 crv (or an older crv model differetial) or both. That's what I have this far if I'm missing something please tell me (like ecu, harness, mounts, exhaust, exhaust ect. (Also i still need to get the civic hatch Im going to get one but I wanted to if it matter on a vx dx ex si or vtec or non vtec eg ek ect. Dose it matter would the swap me more easy on one of those or it will be the same)

this is a custom swap only a few people have done. dont expect a DIY writeup. you're gonna have to figure most of this **** out on your own or find the people that have done it and ask.

i think... i would just take all the parts from a crv... like engine... trans shafts rear diff ecu and try to put it on any eg you can find or even a ef or a coupe w/e awd is legit but you better be able to weld and cut into frames and make supports.
thats my opinion ha...

i have a fully fuctional DD awd ek... i have about 100 hrs in this swap... frankly, if you are asking if you have everything to do the swap, then this swap is not for you... you will need a fuel cell, new exhaust, custom driveshafts, the stock crv DS is nonserviceable, you cant take it apart or buy ujoints for it... i tried this method and we couldnt ever get it right... the awd wagon rear diff is a big pain in the *** for a car that will see the street, this is why i went with an air actuated crv rear diff... when its on, its on, when i turn it off, you would never know it had awd...
