Default CRX LS limp mode help

As the title says, I have a buddies 90 CRX with a LS swap in it and its running in limp mode. The car previously had a mini me swap with a chipped p28 with a jumper harness. Now it wont rev passed 4k. Its a 96 engine, we're running a 94 intake Mani OBD0 dizzy and OBD0 PR4 ECU. The car runs and idles smoothly but will not rev any higher than 4k. All grounds are clean and all injectors are measuring within spec. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm typing this on my phone and if anyone is willing to do so, please text or call me. 302-332-9014

Also I'm not very experienced with anything obd0. This engine came out of a running 89 CRX last year. The car appears to be throwing code 14 which I think may be for the IACV.

Not sure of the injectors I do believe they came out of the mini me swap and are running closely around 2.4 ohms.

Should I be running the 12 ohm injectors without the resistor box?

You need to make sure the TPS and MAP sensor plus aren't switched harness side, then make sure that the 2 outer wires on the TPS are flipped around correctly so the ECU doesn't read the position wide open when its actually closed.

Usually when running obd0 and using obd0 injectors you need a resistor box. You need to find out exactly what codes you're throwing. I don't think the Iacv is going to throw you into limp mode. When one of my injectors went out though, I was in limp mode. So an injector problem will usually cause limp mode.

also for code 4, make sure you have the B1 and B2 wires correct, try switching them on the plug or at the ecu to clear the code

Umm, you don't need a tach to tell you your engine isn't revving past 4k rpm. Op what are the exact codes that can be seen atm?

Correction. It wasn't a code 14, it was code 10 and code 4. We fixed the code 10 and we still have code 4. C1 and C2 wires are blue yellow and blue green. B10 and B12 are orange and white. I'm pretty sure all the wiring is right, we've been over it like 100 times.

Man this is tricky. This is what happened to my old hatch. All I knew was it was ignition related and I ended up converting to obd1 like my motor should have been. No shorts in any wires for dizzy? Got continuity through all of them?

It's a little late, but I figured I'd post up that we got it fixed. The problem was in the wiring. The CPS from the distributor was not wired correctly at the ECU.
