Default p28 ecu, ef9.

In 2 days I'm going to pick up my new car, a 1990 civic SiR. Legit ef9. It was converted to obd1 and the guy selling it doesn't have an ecu for it. I have a virgin p28 from my old z6 swap, was wondering how the car would run on that ecu? Any info would be appreciated.
