Ok ive been messing with this car for awhile and I've fixed most everything just cant get the blower to turn on all I tested the blower it functions I don't get any lights on either climate control I've tried and neither fixed the problem so I'm thinking its gotta be the resistor....but where is it?

Try fuse number 14 in the passenger compartment. It should say something like r/c mirror I think. Anytime mine moves out of place all my climate controls shut off. No lights on it work, it just goes dead.
