Unknown Part
Hey guys and gals,
I turn to you once again for your help in a unknown part.
I believe the cylinder head if from a 1997 Prelude. The setup is a H22a4. The missing part I do not have, nor did I ever have it. It was missing when I received the head. It locations seems to be just below the vtec sol. towards the back side of the head almost under the intake manifold. It has three bolts holding it on and in the center seems to be a water jacket/outlet/inlet? I have attached a photo, and I am hoping that someone is able to help me with this unknown part.
A name of it, or part number or anything would be great.
Thanks guys & gals.

That is where your thermostat housing goes, it slips over that black pipe that runs along the back of your engine and the three bolts hold it tight to the head. Its called a thermostat case on the honda schematic part number 19320-P13-A00 avout 55 bucks at honda. You will also need the bleeder bolt and water temp sensor that goes in there
No problem sir, it may also be a good idea to replace the rubber o ring that slips around the water pipe that runs along the back of the engine while you are doing it, they can be tempermental about leaking
