Default bc spec 4 cams

hey i currently own a jdm honda integra type r x and just wondering do any of you guys run buddyclub spec 4 cams on your motor?what improvements did they give and what do i need to run them?higher compression e.t.c

Google is your best friend.


But back to topic, there are many different reviews, thats a pretty agressive cam. The head will need to be built at very least.

A higher C/R always compliments aggressive cams but if the head hasn't had any PNP work it will bottle neck in high RPM's for sure. A cam as big as you're referring to will not be very drivable on the street and all low end torque will go out the window.
