Default Viper acting up

Well, my remote start was working fine, til about 30 minutes ago. Now I can't figure out what the deal is.

An audio shop said for 25 dollars they can check it and see if he can fix it, if he finds the problem it remains 25 dollars.

If anyone can answer my problem before I take it to him I'd be happy.

Thanks for the help.
