HELP! Problems with oil on H22a head.

HELP! Problems with oil on H22a head.
Hi there,
Just 3 days ago everything was fine. I was on a roadtrip and at the first start of my engine the valves sounded like there were no oil, so i turn the e off and put some oil on it, the oil level is fine. Recently i changed the oil but didn't changed the oil filter (because of time
i know i need to replace it like yesterday).
The problem is that i have oil on my engine, but at the start up it sounds like there is no oil, also i have NO VTEC (this is why i noticed the issue).
MMM, also I checked with the oil cap off to see if in the valve train was some oil moving or something and I could not see anything. My oil light turns on 3 secs after the engine is turned on.
I don't know what can be. I am guessing that the oil filter is not letting the oil come up to the head. I'll replace it this weekend. I don't think its my oil pump, cause i drove 4hrs after that (with EXTREEEME CAUTION) and nothing happened.
