1997 Civic Lx, basic all stock for daily driver.
What tune ups should i do?
Should i run some seafoam? if so, how many days or miles to run seafoam before smog?
How about 'Guaranteed To Pass Emissions Test Formula'?
Should i run that too?

Why do think it would fail?

 

Skip the gimmicks. Just do an ignition system tune up and fix any CEL codes.

cap, rotor, plugs, wires, ignition timing

 

Replace filters maybe? Oil change?
